A house in Malibu is up for sale. It's a half-acre property on the ocean-front with 6,000 square feet of living space, including five bedrooms, five bathrooms and room to park 13 cars. Among them is the current owner's Ferrari F40. A veritable legend among exotic supercars, the F40 remains a yardstick against which all Ferraris since have been measured. This one's got less than 800 miles on it, and is valued around $750,000. And if you buy the $4.4 million property before June 30, 2010, the owner will throw in the car for free.
